EXPERIENCED FOREMAN ROOFER
Phoenix Roofing and Solar is seeking an experienced Foreman Roofer to join our team!
As a Foreman Roofer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards for both quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of roofing experience and be comfortable and competent leading a team of roofers.
We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, with opportunities for performance bonuses. We also offer excellent benefits, including medical and dental insurance and one week of paid vacation each year. Additional benefits include a company truck and cellphone and a uniform allowance.
The Foreman Roofer should be well-versed in all aspects of roofing, including shingle roofing, roof repairs, and TPO roof installations. Bilingual language skills are a plus. We complete most projects within the Central Valley, but travel to the East Bay will occasionally be necessary.

Como capataz de techadores, desempeñará un papel fundamental para garantizar que nuestros proyectos se completen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con nuestros altos estándares de calidad y servicio al cliente. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 7 años de experiencia en techado y se sentirá cómodo y competente al frente de un equipo de techadores.
Estamos ofreciendo un salario competitivo de $75,000 por año, con oportunidades para bonos de desempeño.
